Julio César Rojas better known"El Gallo Salsero" Tito Rojas (The Rooster) (born June 14, 1955) is a salsa singer and bandleader. Rojas was born and raised in the town of Humacao, Puerto Rico, which is located on the eastern coast of Puerto Rico. There, he received his primary and secondary education.

Tito Rojas' second outing with Rana Records is a good reminder of his years with Justo Betancourt and Conjunto Borincuba. Although this effort is still a far cry from his enormous success with Musical Productions, it managed to receive moderate airplay, especially with tunes like "Ni Fío, Ni Doy Ni Presto," "Que Mujercita," "Ramona," and "El Reloj de Pastora. This is an interesting, early-'80s venture by Tito Rojas.
