Alanis is the eponymous debut studio album by Alanis Morissette, released only in Canada on April 6, 1991 by MCA Records Canada. Morissette recorded the album with Leslie Howe, who also produced her second album Now Is the Time (1992), and it was certified platinum. John Alexander, head of A&R for MCA Records Canada, first heard a demo tape from Morissette in 1983, when she was nine years old. He called it "very promising.

Alanis Morissette – The Singles Box, commonly abbreviated as just The Singles Box, is an Alanis Morissette box set that includes five of her six singles from 1995's Jagged Little Pill: "Ironic", Hand in My Pocket, Head over Feet, You Learn and "You Oughta Know", as well as live tracks and alternate versions of JLP tracks spread across five maxi-CDs. Also included in the box set is a short booklet of Alanis photos and other extras, including a note to her fans written by Morissette herself.
