Ryan Downe is an American musician and audio engineer. His debut album The Hypocrite was released in 1996 by Elton John's label, The Rocket Record Company. Downe opened for both The Who and Iggy Pop during their 1997 tours. Later he and his guitarist Johannes Luley opened Freudenhaus Recording Studio in San Francisco.
Released "The Hypocrite" in 1996 on Elton John's Rocket Imprint. A Real Jewel of an artist that deserved more attention for this brilliant recording. A Video of "Where Am I Gonna Run To" was shown on late night MT. mix of Bowie,Goth and Singer/Songwriters full of Passion and Pain.
