the repress sounds bad and slower than original one!! bad work
Vaua
This release is not numbered
AnnyMars
there's a sticker on the plastic sleeves with numbered indication

Another crazy expansive repress, with 70 euro we can buy the original version! unbelievable speculation on new represses!
Lcena
100 euro can buy you a used original version...you are commenting on a mint and very limited test pressing of an upcoming limited reissue...it's not difficult to see why this might cost 70 euro.

You can actually buy this for around £12 at certain online shops (ie. piccadilly). It is limited, though, which is really stupid.

Totally agreed with magic00! Just one more thing: listen carefully this track; there´s no drum machines at all, everything based on bass line only. What a wonderful and creative idea!!
Mave
theres definitely a drum machine or two being used here. great tune.
Akinozuru
some of US boogie tracks of that era sound similar, no distictive kick drum, just bassline, claps and percussion
Burking
from where the "claps" and hihat came from if not from a drum machine ? and there is kick also, just weak..
Gosar
Wow! What a wonderful track. Love the bass. A bit repetitive but haunting nevertheless. 4/5

Here stands one of the gems of the italo disco genre. "Mind Games" by Jo Jo stands out in a number of ways: The first thing that comes to mind is that we have one extremely rare 12" release that fused the sound of disco, R&B, italo, and electro all inside of one track. The way that the creators of this song take black female vocals and mix it with that early italo sound creates a style independent of almost any of the other early releases on Il Discotto or the italo disco sound for that matter. Some of the sexiest female vocals that I can think of are heard in this song - that desperate tone in the Jo Jo's voice, as she sings about a relationship that was oh so wonderful but was really just a big mind game! With that said, "Mind Games" is simply amazing!
