Ten Years After are a British blues rock band, most popular in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Between 1968 and 1973, Ten Years After scored eight Top 40 albums on the UK Albums Chart. In addition they had twelve albums enter the US Billboard 200, and are best known for tracks such as "I'm Going Home", "Hear Me Calling", "I'd Love to Change the World" and "Love Like a Man". Their musical style consisted of blues rock and hard rock.

Ten Years After is the debut album by the English blues rock band Ten Years After. It was one of the first blues rock albums released by British musicians. The album is also low on original material in comparison to the band's later works which were, in most cases, entirely composed of Alvin Lee's songs. It features "Spoonful", a Howlin' Wolf song (written for him by Willie Dixon) that the British blues rock group Cream covered as well (on their albums Fresh Cream and Wheels of Fire).

Ten Years After was one of the premiere blues-rock bands of the '60s and '70s, making gritty rock in their uniquely British way for almost ten years. Tracks like "Me and My Baby" are fun, bouncy rockers that were paving the way for artists like Stevie Ray Vaughan. Although time has eroded some of the initial impact of Ten Years After, there are still some strong reminders. The hit single "Love Like a Man" is still a classic, charged with a hypnotic riff that winds throughout the song like a cobra.

British blues-rock quartet Ten Years After originally consisted of Alvin Lee (born December 19, 1944, died March 6, 2013), guitar and vocals; Chick Churchill (born January 2, 1949), keyboards; Leo Lyons (born November 30, 1944) bass; and Ric Lee (born October 20, 1945), drums. The group was formed . .

Throughout the year Ten Years After will be be playing shows across the world to commemorate that special event. For the first time since the festival the band will be playing the actual set list they played at Woodstock in its entirety as well as many other songs from their vast back catalogue.
