State Champs - Around The World And Back album flac

Around the World and Back is the second studio album from American pop punk band State Champs. On February 13, the began recording their next album. Recording lasted for 38 days. On March 27, it was announced that the group had finished recording. In April and May 2015, the group supported All Time Low on their headlining US tour. They supported 5 Seconds of Summer on their headlining arena tour in Australia and New Zealand.

State Champs story isn't unlike one you've heard before. A group of pop-punk-lovin' guys got together in a sleepy suburb, practiced their butts off, and formed a band. They released a few EPs, the last of which, 2014's The Acoustic Things, charted at Their debut album, The Finer Things, was released the year prior, and charted at Impressive stuff for a band still in their infancy, but not one undeserved. These New York boys are responsible for ushering in a new wave of pop-punk, one that is as clever as it is inventive. It feels familiar but not derivative  . Does it reflect the rest of the new album, Around the World and Back? It’s not that it doesn’t reflect it. I like to think the new record is comprised primarily of a normal State Champs sound. There’s like eight or nine tracks that sound like Secrets, more or less. Then there are a couple we pushed in different directions.

The second full-length album by NY based pop punk band State Champs, released on October 16, 2015, through Pure Noise Records. The band announced the album in July 2015, along with the premiere of the album’s lead single, Secrets. The album shows a more mature band with a more polished sound, yet their energetic anthems and catchy hooks remain and give the listener a tremendous ride from start to finish. Upon its release, the album peaked at on the US Billboard 200, and on both the US Alternative and Top Rock Charts
