Vehicle is the first full-length studio album by New Zealand group The Clean. It was released in 1990 by Flying Nun and Rough Trade Records. Much of the material was written for the band's reunion tour in the late 1980s. Rough Trade founder Geoff Travis offered to record The Clean after seeing them play in London, after which Vehicle was produced during a three-day session.
The reasons behind this request will become apparent upon listening.
back cover reads: A special note: Although this album is specially designed for the Mashed Potatoes, the tempos are great for many currently popular dances. When the Twist came onto the American scene, people everywhere re-discovered the fun of learning a new dance. Don Wilson and Bob Bogle, the two youthful leaders of The Ventures, bring their group's exciting sound to such selections as "Mashed Potato Time," "Gravy," and their.

Mashed is a compilation album released on EMI on 12 February 2007. It is one of the first fully legal mashup albums. Giles Harris was responsible for the album's concept, track listing, title as well as the laborious work involved in clearing each piece of music that featured on the album. Most of the tracks were produced by Mark Vidler aka Go Home Productions. Boogie Oogie Music" and "Horny as a Dandy" were produced by Loo and Placido.
The holy grail of Smashing Pumpkins collectibles for the hardcore fanatic, Mashed Potatoes was originally 'released' by Billy Corgan as a small run - less than ten copies total - of an informal five-CD box set covering the band's first five years, from 1988 to 1993. The copies were given to friends close to the band for Christmas, 1994, and while a smattering of tracks emerged after part of D'Arcy's copy was stolen, it is considered "The Great Lost Release": known about but utterly unheard.
