Mellow Yellow is the fourth album from British singer-songwriter Donovan. It was released in the US in March 1967 (Epic Records LN 24239 (monaural), BN 26239 (rechanneled stereo), but not released in the UK because of a continuing contractual dispute that also prevented Sunshine Superman from a UK release. In June 1967, a cross-section of both albums was released as Sunshine Superman (Pye Records NPL 18181) in the UK. "Mellow Yellow" was the name of Donovan's hit single released the previous November.

Mellow Gold is the third studio album by American musician Beck, released on March 1, 1994 by DGC Records. Critics noted the album's hybrid of various styles including rock, hip hop, folk, blues, psychedelia, and country, as well as ironic, witty lyrics. Its decidedly anti-commercial attitude led to it becoming an unexpected commercial success, peaking at number thirteen in the United States and eventually being certified platinum

Elegant and mellow, rich with sweet Seventies rock scholarship, Sky Blue Sky has the best band interplay of any of their albums. On "Impossible Germany" Tweedy and avant-guitar bigshot Nels Cline noodle heavenward like a chill post-rock Steely Dan for six insanely pretty minutes, and the lyrics wrestle rough, fuzzy wisdom from everyday shit like doing the laundry and walking alone around your neighborhood, singing to yourself. But their irreverent blend of Brazilian pop and Anglo-American rock (like that of their cohorts Gilberto Gil and Caetano Veloso) made for a wild, idea-packed ride where the tunes ("Panis et Circencis," "Baby") come as fast as the sonic surprises. It's one of the late-Sixties' most mischievous head trips, which is saying something.

House of God is the ninth studio album by the heavy metal band King Diamond, released in 2000. The album was remastered by Andy LaRocque and was re-released in 2009. House of God is the only album to feature guitarist Glen Drover and bassist Paul David Harbour and the last to feature drummer John Luke Hébert.
