Stage is David Bowie's second live album, recorded on the Isolar II Tour, and released by RCA Records in 1978. Though it was rumouredat the time that this would be his final outing with the label, following dissatisfaction over the promotion of Low and "Heroes", Bowie remained with RCA until 1982.

About Station to Station. 1975 was a very productive year for Bowie: Young Americans achieved the first place in a lot of countries in the world and, his single, Fame achieved the success that Bowie was looking for since the very beginning of his solitary career. But 1976 came in and Bowie began to relate himself with ocultism and other manifestations of black magic. It was incredible the dose of experimentation that was in that album. Years later, Bowie said that he couldn’t remember things about the Station to Station era because of his addiction to cocaine and work. As Paolo Hewitt’s book says, Geoff MacCormack said in 2007: In that epoch, David became a nocturnal creature. Coco (Schwab) and me tried to put some organization, cooking and arousing David before the midday; but one is not in good shape enough to wake up someone who has been awake for three days in a row.

A Stevenson screen (also known as an instrument shelter) is a meteorological screen to shield instruments against precipitation and direct heat radiation from outside sources, while still allowing air to circulate freely around them. It forms part of a standard weather station. The screen creates, as near possible, a uniform environment in relation to the air outside, and is used to shelter various types of temperature and humidity measuring instruments. The smallest screens contain a dry bulb thermometer and a wet bulb thermometer.
