The first of several acts assembled by the Shocklee brothers and Eric Sadler after Public Enemy, the Kings of Pressure were the result of a famed 1987 tryout in Hempstead, Long Island, New York. Me and Chuck really didn’t have aspirations of doing PE: we thought we were good at managing and directing others, recalls Hank Shocklee. So we found the best rhymers in the area and tried to put them together.

Slang is the sixth studio album by English hard rock band Def Leppard, released on 14 May 1996. The album marked a musical departure from their signature sound, also not produced by Robert John "Mutt" Lange and was produced by the band with Pete Woodroffe. Slang is the first album with new material to feature new guitarist Vivian Campbell (Campbell had previously played on the B-side collection Retro Active in 1993 and on the new song on Vault a year earlier)

Slang Teacher Lyrics. I said, I said, I said, I say, here's a lesson you don't get I said, I said, I said, I say, I loop the loop when I get loose I said, I said, I said, I say, ignition ignite your night out I said, I said, I said, I say all the slang that a boy can use. Slang teacher, no pain in the mouth Slang teacher, no long in the tooth Slang teacher, chew it up, spit it out Slang teacher, chuck your daddy out the room
