Maw and Paw are Walter Lantz characters, who made their first appearance in the cartoon "Maw and Paw", in 1953. Their final appearance was in 1968, in "Feudin Fightin-N-Fussin". They are based on the Universal's popular Ma and Pa Kettle film series. Maw and Paw are a couple who live with their children in a rural part of the US. Their pet pig Milford appears to be the most educated and therefore the brightest in the family.

Maw and Paw and their kids live on a farm and can be described as a rural family with below average intelligence (their pet pig, Milford, is regarded in the opening titles as the "Smart One"). At dinner, Milford answers a phone-in quiz contest correctly and wins a new car for the family. The problem is no one in the family knows how to drive it (Maw thinks the antenna is a "new fangled clothesline"). This cartoon is based on Universal's Maw and Paw Kettle features. Maw and Paw and their kids live on a farm and can be described as a rural family with below average intelligence (their pet pig, Milford, is regarded in the opening titles as the "Smart One").

Ultimate Classic Rock explores the Eddie album covers from Iron Maiden. Every one knows Eddie, Iron Maiden's lovable and seemingly un-killable zombie mascot. After all, he's graced every one of the group's studio album covers in a series of ever-more bizarre forms. But can you remember them all?. Eddie, or 'Edward the Head,' his proper name, was designed by artist Derek Riggs based on a mask the members of Iron Maiden had been given for an art-student friend. Here we meet young Ed in a simple street setting. Other than some skin issues, he seems like a normal, likeable fellow.

Yusuf, Cat Stevens will release a new album in the fall, his fourth since returning to the folk-pop style of his classic Sixties and Seventies work. The Laughing Apple bridges the artist’s present and past, combining newly written songs with covers of tracks from his early repertoire. Hear See What Love Did to Me – one of the brand-new selections – here. The song offers a charming update on the breezy, singalong-friendly sound that Yusuf, Cat Stevens helped to pioneer on classic albums such as Tea for the Tillerman. The Laughing Apple celebrates the 50th anniversary of the artist’s 1967 debut, Matthew and Son, and will come out on Yusuf, Cat Stevens’ Cat-O-Log Records imprint, via Decca, the label he worked with back then. It also reunites him with producer Paul Samwell-Smith, who helmed Tea for the Tillerman, Teaser and the Firecat and other releases from his early-Seventies heyday.
