is the fourteenth studio album by the British hard rock band Deep Purple, released in 1993. It is the last album recorded with the band's classic Mk II line-up, which reunited for a second time (the first reunion being for 1984's Perfect Strangers).

The Battle Rages On. 5:57. the once great deep purple became a cheap parody of themselves starting with this album, not a single decent guitar or keyboard solo to be found here. at least blackmore was smart enough to see the milk was rancid and had the good sense to abandon ship. i have heard they have made one or two decent albums after this but most fans. after many listens i have grown to like this album, it's so cheesy it's good. the pressing itself is very quiet.
