Coliseum is the debut studio album by the American rock band Coliseum. The album was released on April 13, 2004 through Level Plane Records. In 2014, Coliseum signed to Jacob Bannon of Converge's label Deathwish In. which previously released the band's 2009 single "True Quiet", "Last Wave".

P The first Coliseum album, recorded February and April 2004 by Jason Loewenstein on half inch eight track reel to reel in the garage of the "BC Castle" (Ryan's house). Overdubs and mixing were done on a PC at Loewenstein's house. Mastered at West West Side.

A decade later, Coliseum still makes a compelling case. Out of print since 2006, the album has been overhauled and expanded for a tenth-anniversary reissue. It’s likely to go down as the only reissue in history produced by a member of Sebadoh (Jason Loewenstein) and remixed by a member of Toxic Holocaust (Joel Grind)-a fact that’s indicative of Patterson’s wide-ranging sensibility.
