The trio's first album, Crosby, Stills & Nash, was released in May 1969 and was a major hit, spawning two Top 40 hit singles and receiving significant airplay on FM radio. With the exception of drummer Dallas Taylor, Stills had handled most of the instrumental parts himself, which left the band in need of additional personnel to be able to tour, a necessity given the debut album's commercial impact In April 1970, Greg Reeves began behaving erratically and Stills fired him. Reeves was replaced by Calvin "Fuzzy" Samuels.
Crosby, Stills & Nash's first single - and the first song most fans heard by the new superstar trio - was originally written by Graham Nash for his previous band the Hollies. They recorded 'Marrakesh Express' but never released it, so Nash dragged it out for CSN's debut album. The bouncy rhythm and playful spirit reflects Nash's trip to the Moroccan city in the mid-'60s. 9. 'Just a Song Before I Go'. From: 'CSN' (1977)
The definitive folk-rock supergroup, led by David Crosby's surreal lyrics, Graham Nash's poetic nuance, and Stephen Stills' muscular playing.

The album ends of the Stills/Young rocker "Everybody I Love You" – guitars wailing as they "la la" those harmony vocals. We should talk about what’s not here.
The first Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young album was entitled Déjà Vu. The album was released in 1970. The quartet would not record again in the studio for another eighteen years. While their studio albums may have been limited to only three records, the group did release multiple compilation albums and a series of live records. Their most famous live album was released a year after Déjà Vu entitled Four Way Street. One can also not neglect to mention their Woodstock appearance. 10 – Driving Thunder.
