CD surface is printed as a variation, maybe a test press, of The Smithereens "Blow Up" album. On the surface the labelcode for Capitol Records appears (LC 0148). Inlays and booklet are The Smithereens "Blow Up", US version (CDP 794963 2) but this is not necessarily the way it was originally packed.
The release year is unclear. "Blow Up" was released in 1991 and therefor stands as the most likely manufacuring year for this mispress.
