This series has impacted the musical scene around the world giving several success by mixing the greatest pop hits and the finest arrangements and studio production. In this romantic full album Trilogy, we´ve collected the best of these women singer performances and we offer them in a 35 songs selection.

The second of two Olufsen LPs shows off some of the top jazz talents to be found in Denmark during the 1950s. These radio broadcasts feature the Ib Glindemann big band on eight selections along with combos headed by vibraphonist Louis Hjulmand, pianist Paul Godske and tenor-saxophonist Frank Jensen. No household names appear (pianist Bent Axen and trumpeter Allan Botchinsky are the best-known in the . but the music is generally quite rewarding, emphasizing bop and swing standards.

At the Five Spot volumes one and two is a pair of jazz albums documenting one night (16 July 1961) from the end of Eric Dolphy and Booker Little's two-week residency at the Five Spot in New York. This was the only night to be recorded; the engineer was Rudy Van Gelder. A third volume from this session was released, titled Memorial Album, containing "Number Eight (Potsa Lotsa)" and "Booker's Waltz". These two tracks were later released on the Rudy Van Gelder remaster of Volume 2.

Thank you for your understanding and patience. Yours sincerely, HIGHRESAUDIO. That night at the Five Spot, the Dolphy-Little quintet recorded ten tunes. Four of them (including one alternate take) appeared on the New Jazz label as Eric Dolphy at the Five Spot. The first two tunes heard here arrived later as Volume 2 on Prestige; 'Number Eight (Potsa Lotsa)' and 'Booker's Waltz,' included here as bonus tracks, first appeared on Memorial Album; and the remaining two, 'God Bless the Child' and 'Status Seeking,' were issued posthumously on Dolphy's Here and There, also on Prestige.

The fifth album from the Chicago-born pianist Andrew Hill catapulted him to the top tier of forward-looking jazz composers of the ’60s. As Ornette Coleman and John Coltrane pioneered jazz’s New Thing movement, loosening the shackles of long-established chord progressions, Hill’s tight-knit pieces played within them, drawing on post-bop, avant-garde, and the blues. At a young age, he was mentored on the instrument by the quick-fingered jazz titan Art Tatum, and this album of originals, reinterpretations, and spontaneous performances adds another dimension to his staggering talent.

The Eric Dolphy-Booker Little quintet of 1961 is one of the most tantalizing "what ifs" off jazz history  . The gig documented on the three Five Spot albums was actually performed for an audience of music business insiders, rather than the public, and was clearly intended to yield an album - they even did a re-take of "Bee Vamp" when the first (perfectly fine) take was deemed unsatisfactory.
