Education, Education, Education & War is the fifth studio album by English rock band Kaiser Chiefs, released on 31 March 2014 through Fiction Records, B-Unique Records, Caroline Records and ATO Records. It was produced by Ben H. Allen III, and is the first Kaiser Chiefs album recorded with new drummer Vijay Mistry. The album's name is partly a reference to a line in a famous 1996 speech by Tony Blair where he emphasised the importance of education.
Education, Education, Education & War was the revitalisation that the decaying Kaiser Chiefs needed following the relative commercial flop of The Future is Medieval and the departure of drummer and co-songwriter Nick Hodgson, as the Kaisers topped the UK Album Charts for the first time since 2007’s Yours Truly, Angry Mob. This success is partly owed to singer Ricky Wilson being reintroduced to the spotlight as a judge on The Voice. With a new drummer (Vijay Mistry) and a new energy, Educatio. ees the band move into new musical territory.

Working with Brian Higgins brought a very different approach to song writing and recording, it was a steep learning curve but together we tried out new ideas and sounds and ended up with a new and fresh sounding record, like no Kaiser Chiefs record you have heard before.
