Believe is the second studio album by American heavy metal band Disturbed, released on September 17, 2002 by Reprise Records. Produced by the band and Johnny K, it focuses heavily on religious and spiritual themes inspired by recent tragedies. With greater emphases on melodic dynamics, it also demonstrates a broadening in the band's musical range compared to their 2000 debut The Sickness. Believe was the last album to feature original bassist Steve "Fuzz" Kmak before he was fired from the band in 2003.

The tightest, most polished Disturbed album to date. Absolutely incredible work, especially from Dan. The tight riffs and the soulful guitar solos are unparalleled here. I have listened to all the albums countless times. I find myself always going back to this. From start to finish the album is excellent. Also love how they redid land of Confusion. Listening to this album, each and every song fits a different aspect of my life.

Disturbed is an American heavy metal band from Chicago, Illinois. The band comprises vocalist David Draiman, bassist John Moyer, guitarist Dan Donegan, and drummer Mike Wengren. Former band members are vocalist Erich Awalt and bassist Steve Kmak. Formed in 1994 as Brawl, the band was renamed Disturbed in 1996 after Draiman was hired as the band's new vocalist.
