Seratones are an American rock ‘n roll band that formed out of Shreveport, Louisiana in 2013. The band name was created from the phrase "put it on wax" which in Spanish is the word "cera". In the music industry the phrase means to record on vinyl. Seratones had the opportunity to perform their single, Chandelier, on the CBS This Morning from their first album Get Gone, which released May 6, 2016. In spring of 2016, the band went on tour to promoting their new album. Seratones consists of four band members: AJ Haynes (vocals), Connor Davis (guitar), Adam Davis (bass), and Jesse Gabriel (drums).

Get Gone, the potent debut album by the Shreveport, Louisiana natives in Seratones, makes a strong case that this little-known corner of the state is fertile ground, musically speaking. Haynes (vocals), Connor Davis (guitar), Adam Davis (bass) and Jesse Gabriel (drums) serve up a combination of Southern musicality, garage rock ferocity, and general badassery. Chandelier, a mid-tempo burner and vocal workout by Haynes, goes from croon to a crescendo that would shake any crystals hanging from the rafters.

Though the Seratones hail from Shreveport, Louisiana, it would be foolish to make too much of their roots. Granted, shades of Southern blues surface here and there, like on the hard-stomping title track. But that’s a single ingredient in a boldly expansive style that draws in elements of garage-punk, old-school acid rock and even jazz.
