Afro-Asians (or African-Asians) are African communities that have been living in the Indian Subcontinent for hundreds of years and have settled in countries such as Pakistan, India and Sri Lanka. This includes the Sheedis (who have been settled in Sindh, Gujarat and Karnataka for approximately 400 to 500 years) and Kaffirs in Sri Lanka.
