We’re getting ready to record a new album. I have a bunch of stuff written, more stuff half-written, and plenty of ideas. I put a song up on SoundCloud a couple of weeks ago, for 24 hours, just to get some feedback. Title: Make Do With England. I got loads of great responses, and it was a fun experience. I’ll probably do that again as the album reveals itself to me. At this point I only have a broad idea of how it will come out, like a painter sketching in pastels, the tubes of oil paint not even unscrewed. And I can’t wait to find out what this album will be like.
