High Anxiety is the seventh full-length album by the band Therapy?, and was the first to be released on Spitfire Records. It was released on 5 May 2003. The album was recorded from December 2002 to January 2003 at Parkgate Studios in Hastings. High Anxiety" was the first album to feature drummer Neil Cooper, and the last recorded with guitarist/cellist Martin McCarrick, who departed in 2004. The album has a similar production value to Troublegum, and is a return to that albums’ sense of melodic punk.

Anxiety is Rebekah s follow up to her debut on Soma last year and consolidates her reputation as a diverse techno producer. At one end of the spectrum there s the title track; centered on distorted kicks and a buzzing bass, it tails off unexpectedly into an acid climax. At the other end is 19 Grams. It has the same hypnotic quality as Sandwell District as it builds gradually over a pulsing bass. Somewhere in the middle is The Riddle. Inspired by Rebekah s love of Birmingham techno, it sees her interpret the clanging percussion and dense tribal beats of Regis for a big room audience.

Title track 'Anxiety' has Rebekah firing on all cylinders as raucous synth sequences pulse through wild percussion, never seeming to let up and certainly taking no prisoners. The Riddle' continues with similar energy levels as Rebekah infuses pounding rhythms with straight up percussive elements, before taking a perfectly controlled dive into deeper elements - comprising short blasts of subtle pads that give a more emotive side to the track.
