The Fontane Sisters were a trio (Bea, Geri and Marge Rosse) from New Milford, New Jersey. Born to an Italian family, their mother, Louise Rosse, was both a soloist and the leader of the St. Joseph's Church choir in New Milford. Bea and Marge started out singing for local functions, doing so well that they were urged to audition in New York City. Originally they performed as a trio with their guitarist brother Frank, under the name the Ross Trio (Rosse with the "e" omitted)
In the Mood" is a song popularized by the American bandleader Glenn Miller in 1939, and one of the best-known arrangements of the big band era. Miller's rendition topped the charts one year later and was featured in the 1941 movie Sun Valley Serenade. I've been looking Glenn Miller videos and noticed that all of them have low quality, so I decided to upload this nice version of the song.

Mr. what-ya-call-em what you doin tonight Hope you’re in the mood because i’m feeling just right How’s about a corner with a table for two Where the music’s mellow in some gay rendezvous There’s no chance romancin' with a blue attitude You got to do some dancin' to get in the mood Sister.

The category of mood is the most controversial category of the verb. Professor Ilyish wrote : the category of mood in the present English verb has given rise to so many discussions and has been treated in so many different ways that it seems hardly possible to arrive at any more or less convincing and universally acceptable conclusion concerning it. Extensive investigations were undertaken by Soviet scholars in the past decades. Smirnitsky, Ilyish, Barkhudarov and a number of others
My father was always saying the inn would be ruined, for people would soon cease coming there to be tyrannized over and put down, and sent shivering to their beds; but I really believe his presence did us good. People were frightened at the time, but on looking back they rather liked it; it was a fine excitement in a quiet country life, and there was even a party of the younger men who pretended to admire him, calling him a "true sea-dog" and a "real old salt" and such like names, and saying there was the sort of man that.
