I Shouldn’t Have Said That - The Lovely Eggs Via SoundCloud. Among the most underrated of the riot-grrrl-adjacent bands of the ’90s and early 2000s were Babes in Toyland associates Angelica, whose best tracks were marked by a distinctly wry humor. Angelica’s Holly Ross went on to form the Lovely Eggs with her husband David Blackwell, formerly of the psychedelic band Three Dimensional Tanx, circa 2006, and over the past decade they’ve taken that sense of humor gonzo to cult acclaim.

The Lovely Eggs return in 2015 with a new single, album and two UK tours. Y punk rock pair have been selling out venues across the country without the help of management, booking agent or record label support. And true to form they return with their fourth self-produced and self-recorded album 'This is Our Nowhere': a title which sums up their celebration and love of a scene which doesn't exist in the eyes of the manufactured mainstream. The Lovely Eggs have been relative outside. I Shouldn't Have Said That.
