Music of My Mind is the fourteenth studio album by American soul musician Stevie Wonder. It was released on March 3, 1972, by Tamla Records. It was a modest commercial success, but critics found the record representative of Wonder's artistic growth, and many contemporary critics consider it the first album of his classic period.

Stevie Wonder was getting his fusion of soul, rock, and various other styles together when Music of My Mind appeared in early 1972. Not an essential album, but an entertaining one-and one that, in retrospect, carried enormous implications for the future of American music.
