I highly recommend Michelangeli (with Ettore Gracis conducting the Philharmonia) for the fourth concerto, if you can still get it, and Mikhail Pletnev (with Rostropovich leading the Russian National Orchestra) for the third concerto. I am aware that Horowitz and Argerich seem to be the "definitive" performers.
