Plans is the debut and only album of English rock band, Ashok. It was released for promotional use only in January 2007 and wide release in April 2007. According to the Ashok Bandcamp page, the album was co-produced by Christopher Lane and Adrian Hall. Lane wrote and arranged the music while Hall mixed and mastered tracks. Co-lyricists were Leo Nathan and Florence Welch of Florence and the Machine fame who would leave the band to form her own after the album’s release.
A sticker on the front sleeve states that the album will be released at the 26th of March 2007. The actual release date was one week later at 2nd of April 2007.
Florence and the Machine's debut album, Lungs, was released in 2009; on 17 January 2010, the album reached the top position in the UK after being on the chart for 28 consecutive weeks. Lungs won the Brit Award for Best British Album in 2010. Ashok – 'Plans' (Filthy Lucre)".
