River is the third studio album by English vocalist Terry Reid, released in 1973 by Atlantic Records. It was produced by Tom Dowd and written by Terry Reid. It's only one of the best-known songs American singer/songwriter Tom Rush wrote was "No Regrets". In retrospect, having in mind the career he went through compared to one he could have had, it seems that Terry Reid is humming this tune quite often
