Extremely tough but I'd say at the moment meat is murder followed by strange ways. Meat is murder has always been my fav but the rest an change on a dime. Some of the debut songs are really special imo like suffer and reel but some feel a bit unfinished or lacking in substance.
After Singles (1995), the previous Smiths compilation album that WEA (now the Warner Music Group) had issued, went out of print in Europe, Australia and Taiwan, the record company decided to revamp the package slightly and release it under the name The Very Best of The Smiths.
