The untitled fourth studio album by the English rock band Led Zeppelin, commonly known as Led Zeppelin IV, was released on 8 November 1971 by Atlantic Records. It was produced by guitarist Jimmy Page and recorded between December 1970 and February 1971, mostly in the country house Headley Grange. The album contains one of the band's best known songs, "Stairway to Heaven".
The fourth Led Zeppelin album, intentionally left untitled, with no indication it was by Led Zeppelin on original release - though many have commonly referred to it as "Led Zeppelin IV", "Zoso", "Symbols" or other unofficial titles. Led Zeppelin" or "IV" (as some later versions). In the UK, there are at least seven known vinyl red/plum 7-digit Deluxe cat versions
Led Zeppelin is the debut album by English rock band Led Zeppelin. It was released on 12 January 1969 in the United States and on 31 March in the United Kingdom by Atlantic Records. The album was recorded in September and October 1968 at Olympic Studios, London, shortly after the band's formation. It contains a mix of original material worked out in the first rehearsals, and remakes and rearrangements of contemporary blues and folk songs
