Sound - 7 er" is the fourth album of "Canadian punk princess" Bif Naked and another attempt to conquest USA. That was a serious test for her - 3 years of work, 50 songs (35 of them recorded) to compile 13 tracks that "surpasses anything I've done before" as she says. Trying to hit America with at least something, she put on her record songs of so incompatible styles as alt-rock, gothic-flavored metal and teenage punk-pop, hoping that one of those would work.

Bif Naked's new album is an incredible mix of all that makes Bif a Queen of the Canadian Music scene. In the last few years she has overcome breast cancer and been married. Both of these have helped to influence and shape her music in a new way. There is an incredible mix of pop, rock, metal and techno. Few artists can pull off such a range let alone in a single album but Bif manages it well. I think this is the ultimate release by Bif Naked. Definitely her best album as a whole in my own humble opinion.
