An album of previously unheard original compositions by the legendary jazz saxophonist has been discovered 55 years after its recording. This John Coltrane piece is spectacular! The world owes a debt to this. I feel very fortunate to have come across it at this time as it is very pertinent to my spiritual life. This is a good album, but not the kind of music you'll love at first listen. First time I heard Om, my thought was something like, "So that's what you get when you let a bunch of acid-eating jazz musicians studying Far East religions cut loose in the studio for a half-hour. What the fork? This is a complete embarassment".
