Convenience is Pill’s debut album. Brooklyn art-punk quartet Pill are set to drop their debut album, Convenience, tomorrow. The first vocal sounds on Convenience are raspy ululations from Veronica Torres, but the album gets so engagingly far-flung from those initial chilling screams
Pill is a post-punk quartet led by Veronica Torres, a woman with a voice like an emergency alarm that has learned how to explain a crisis. Their debut album Conveinence and is out today via Mexican Summer. It follows up an initial EP via Parquet Courts’ Dull Tools label and a 7-inch the band put out late last year featuring Hot Glue b/w . M that blew me away from the very first listen.
Convenience is Pill’s debut album.
