The album originally featured the second recording of what would become the band's only hit single, "Is This the Life?". It is the last of the band's releases to feature keyboard r Mark Cawthra and the first to feature keyboard player William D. Drake (as well as being the only album to feature two other musicians who were briefly Cardiacs members - Graham Simmonds and Marguerite Johnson). Some Fairytales From The Rotten Shed. Some Fairytales from the Rotten Shed was their last line up, the two-guitar quartet that recorded The Special Garage Concerts CD, which was essentially the band going back to their earliest material, a period of music mostly written a few years prior to the Surbitan Assembly Rooms show. There is a lot of crossover between the live shows and this rehearsal video, but as always with the Cardiacs, there is something magical about what happens when you get the visuals

Cardiacs "rehearsing" "tunes from when they were babies" in 2005. There are no discussions for Some Fairytales From The Rotten Shed.
