Never Say Die is the fourth studio album of the Christian rock band, Petra. It was released in 1981. The Coloring Song" was a radio hit for the band and sales were higher for this album than the previous. This album set the stage for Petra's success in the 1980s and their next few albums duplicated much of the formula, as well as repeated the "guitar" theme on the album cover. The album is the first to feature new members John Slick and Mark Kelly (keyboards and bass guitar respectively).

No Doubt is the fifteenth studio album of the Christian rock band, Petra. It was released on August 26, 1995. The tone of the album is more pop-oriented than any previous release featuring Schlitt. Most of the rock songs lack the driving edge of their previous albums, and the sonic field is no longer flooded with distorted guitars, leaning more toward a calculated, radio-friendly sound.
Never Say Die is the start of the "classic" era of Petra with their more straight ahead rock. From the opening crooner "The Coloring Song" we move into some classic Petra rock with "Chameleon". The album could be described as easy listening rock and finishes with the worship anthem "Praise Ye The Lord". This is treat to listen too. only wish they included the songs (Couldn't Fine Love) Without You and Magic Words. Figure any true Petra fanatic must have this in their collection.
