Death from Above (also known as Death from Above 1979) is a Canadian rock duo consisting of bassist Jesse F. Keeler and drummer and vocalist Sebastien Grainger from Toronto, Ontario, formed in 2001. The band broke up in 2006 after releasing only one studio album, You're a Woman, I'm a Machine. In 2011 they reformed and later released their first album in almost a decade, The Physical World.

Heads Up is the first studio release by Canadian rock duo Death from Above. It was released December 15, 2002, through Ache Records. The album was produced by Al-P who would later work alongside Jesse F. Keeler in the electronic music duo MSTRKRFT.

Heads Up is Toronto duo Death from Above 1979's debut recording, a six song EP released by Vancouver label Ache Records on December 15, 2002. It was later re-issued because of the success of their first full-length album, You're a Woman, I'm a Machine. The original press run was 1004 copies; 200 on clear and the rest on black vinyl, and the reissue was 2000 copies on black vinyl
