The man fighting to unseat Prime Minister Kevin Rudd in Griffith is the star of video posted online based on the stirring Les Miserables hit, One Day More. There are also cameo performances from Deputy Opposition Leader Julie Bishop and Queensland Premier Campbell Newman. Fairfax Media understands the clip was put together as a tribute to the group campaign effort, as the 750 "Glasson Gladiators" give their final push before polling day. It comes as Mr Rudd released his own clip, thanking volunteers for their work in Griffith. It features the Prime Minister sitting at his desk - with no music - together with his "pet" polar bear figurine called Ted.

You can check out the first single, Tide of Confusion, above. Coming Closer to the Day was recorded at Studio 91 in Newbury, England, with engineer Sam Winfield. Truth Or Lies,’ that one was quite hard to pull off. I love the song, but I recorded it once and wasn’t happy with it, so I started from scratch again. It’s got quite a strong early R&B flavor to it. That song is not really about me. I’m writing from the viewpoint of a guy whose loved one has been messing around.

Happy Veteran's Day to all our military. Thank you for all you have done and for all you do. Get out there and thank a veteran and remind them that they are appreciated, not forgotten, and loved.
