Notes

Recorded live at Imber Court Social Club, East Molesy, Surrey on 22nd May 2009

The band, based in Surrey and led by banjo player Kevin Scott rapidly established a reputation for its relaxed ensemble style of New Orleans music. This, their first CD, was recorded live at one of their two residencies in May 2009. The band and the musicians are not especially well-known outside the south of England but they each have many years' experience playing Traditional and New Orleans jazz. The line-up is Mike Scroxton trumpet & vocals; Alan Cresswell clarinet; Roy Stokes trombone; Kevin Scott banjo; Mike Broad double bass; Pete Jackman drums.
