All music on this album was spontaneously composed in real-time by David Tolley and Dure Dara in a 3 part performance series at the Universal Theatre, Melbourne: - Sept. 15 & 16: Listen As Habit - Sept. 22 & 23: Be-Fore - Sept. 29 & 30: Lurching Spitting. Each appearance performed in quad and recorded live in stereo, direct from the mixing desk. Mastered without overdubbing. During her performance of 'Chicken Shit' Dure Dare fondled, tore apart, cut, prepared and cooked a fresh chicken using a chopping board, meat cleaver, wok, sauces, bottled gas and a burner.
