Sven Gali is a hard rock/heavy metal band which originally started as a cover band in 1987 in Hamilton, Ontario, and Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. The 2018 lineup includes all three remaining original members: Dave Wanless (vocals), Andy Frank (guitar), Shawn Minden (bass) as well as new members Sean Williamson (guitar) and Dan Fila (drums). Sven Gali played covers locally for several years.

Sven Gali is the debut album by Canadian hard rock/heavy metal metal band, Sven Gali. It was produced by BMG Canada's David Bendeth and released in 1992. The album included the singles "Under the Influence", "Love Don't Live Here Anymore", "In My Garden", and "Tie Dyed Skies". It also included a cover of the Teenage Head song "Disgusteen" featuring guest vocals by Frankie Venom. The band made four music videos, all of which were on regular rotation on Much Music.

Sven Gali – Inwire (1995). Apr 17, 2018 Hard Rock. This album really kicked ass!!! eventhough it really sounds grunge and alternative. The entire album is so so different from their previous effort That is when it kicked major ass big time!!!
