About Robert Julian Horky. Horky received both classical and modern music training in some of the best music schools in Vienna, Austria. Though he plays keyboards and percussion, his main instrument is the flute. This includes bass, alto, soprano, bamboo, and glass flutes, as well as others of exotic origin. His style is characterized by traces of minimalist, ambient, ethnic, and ritual music. Horky is also closely allied with the new-age movement in his desire to create deeply spiritual, uplifting music.

Beck, Bogert & Appice is the 1973 debut album by the band Beck, Bogert & Appice. The group was a power trio featuring guitarist Jeff Beck (who had already been a member of The Yardbirds), bassist Tim Bogert, and drummer Carmine Appice (both formerly with Vanilla Fudge and Cactus). The album contains Beck's version of the song "Superstition" which was written by Stevie Wonder. Beck had appeared on Wonder's original recording of the song in 1972
