Overkill is the second studio album by the band Motörhead, released 24 March 1979. Peaking at on the UK charts, it was the band's first album with Bronze Records. Kerrang! magazine listed the album at among the "100 Greatest Heavy Metal Albums of All Time". Bronze Records signed Motörhead in 1978 and booked them time in London's Wessex Studios to record a single consisting of Richard Berry's "Louie Louie" and a new song by the band called "Tear Ya Down".

Overkill" was the final song Motörhead would ever play live. The track is notable for Phil "Philthy Animal" Taylor's use of two bass drums. In 1995, during the recording of the album Load, "Overkill", "Damage Case", "Stone Dead Forever" and "Too Late Too Late" were covered by Metallica, as a birthday gift for Lemmy, and released in 1996 on their "Hero of the Day" single. The single was released as a two-CD single; "Overkill" is the second track on the first CD single, and was also used on the second disc of their 1998 cover album Garage Inc.  .

Bad Bomber version, because Phil Campbell could never play most of Eddie's solos.
