Hickory Grove Baptist Church is a great place to work for. It always felt like family working here. They care about their employees and everyone who comes to their facility. Hickory Grove is a great place to work at, the atmosphere is wonderful, the coworkers are great and they push you to do better and the kids are great students. The hardest part of the job was leaving at the end of the day, although the kids were sometimes a handful seeing the joy on their faces when you connect with them was priceless. I learned a lot from my coworkers and even the kids, I learned how to be more responsible and how to solve problems and how to carry myself.
