Ron Carter With Eric Dolphy, Mal Waldron - Where? album flac

I bought two copies of this on the budget status label. The vinyl was extremely worn on both, yet looked like it had very little scratches and were well cared for. I think the vinyl formula using recycled vinyl for these Status pressings may have just been bad. Anybody seen otherwise? I ended up going with a Japanese press that was very superior. Where? is the debut album by bassist Ron Carter recorded in 1961 and released on the New Jazz label. Some reissues of the album appear under Eric Dolphy's name. Where? has elements in common with both, but is closer to Hamilton's late-'50s chamber jazz than to the more outward-bound Dolphy date.
