Without a band to promote this absolutely brilliant album, BIG BANG was not given its due recognition. Songs such as 'Lonely People', 'Born To Burn', and 'This is America' are rock texts that deserve close analysis: preferably at full volume and with a bottle of your best in each hand. This is Friday Night music and a Monday morning boost. The production on this album is PETTIN's best. Although Brian May and Mack produced a good album in 'Lettin Loose' ( PETTIN's first album ), Tony Taverner and Adrian Lee brought PETTIN up to date with the mid 80s using samplers and sequencers and a polished sound. This is a great album with great songs.
