Got To Be Certain (Out For A Duck Bill, Platters Plus Dub Mix). Got to Be Certain" was originally written for singer Mandy Smith, but it was scrapped and given to Kylie Minogue. It was released as the third single of her debut album "Kylie" in the spring of 1988 and topped the carts in Australia, Belgium and Finland. It also reached the top ten in France, Germany, South Africa, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. The music video for "Got To Be Certain" was directed by Chris Langman and filmed in April 1988 around Melbourne, Australia.
