The Year of the Flood is a novel by Canadian author Margaret Atwood, the second book of her dystopian trilogy, released on September 22, 2009 in Canada and the United States, and on September 7, 2009, in the United Kingdom.

Before the Flood is a live album by American singer-songwriter Bob Dylan and the Band, released on June 20, 1974, on Asylum Records in the United States and Island Records in the United Kingdom. While in later years earlier live recordings would be released, this was the first live album that Dylan released. It is the 15th album by Dylan and the seventh by the Band, and documents their joint 1974 American tour

Weeds was the second album by Brewer & Shipley and was released in 1969. Gravenites assembled a group of highly respected musicians for the album recording sessions, including guitarist Mike Bloomfield, bassist John Kahn, pedal steel guitarist Red Rhodes, violinist Richard Greene and keyboardists Mark Naftalin and Nicky Hopkins.

And all these angels got their guns up But no fear when my teeth and my tongue touch I am here, and I speak for the young bloods Who've seen the flood, and they drug all the anchors up And set sail through the world, in the name of trust Hard work, and the crux that it made in us. I'm 'bout to bust, all my veins full of gold dust That 1985 California gold rush, in the spine plus the flesh that it holds up I'm out for mines and my wolves got it sewn up One crow, one eagle on my shoulders And my eyes hold the light that approches. 6. I was born by the beach Water 'round my bones First heartbeat became the 808 tone Speech came later, gets greater as I grow Beats to the haters and a prayer for my folks Love to my family and my family keeps grow'n' Death to the vanity cause damn it, we gold Turn into rust and then into dust Carved in ebony.

A sensation that grows slightly up all my spine Like a flood growing in my memory. I'm sinking, I'm drowning again in shallow waters. A sensation that grows slightly up all my spine Like a flood growing in my memory.

You're the fire and the flood And I'll always feel you in my blood Everything is fine When your hand is resting next to mine Next to mine You're the fire and the flood. Since we met I feel a lightness in my step You're miles away but I still feel you Anywhere I go there you are (anywhere) Anywhere I go there you are Late at night when you can't fall asleep I'll be lying right beside you counting sheep Anywhere I go there you are (anywhere) Anywhere I go there you are. (anywhere) the first could be that a loved one moved far away and the song is saying no matter how far away the person is he'll always love them and "be with" them, and the second interpretation could be that a loved one passed away and they're telling them that even though.

24 Jesus told them another parable: The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field. 25 But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went away. 26 When the wheat sprouted and formed heads, then the weeds also appeared. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn. The Parables of the Mustard Seed and the Yeast. 32 Though it is the smallest of all seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds come and perch in its branches. 33 He told them still another parable: The kingdom of heaven is like yeast that a woman took and mixed into about sixty pounds of flour until it worked all through the dough.
