As far as what Armand Hammer is about, Billy and Elucid said themselves their albums are about black people, black America. 9 months ago. But this album appears to be a bit more thematically diverse. I gotta give this a fourth listen. The point you made about billy woods saying that this rome burning situation is all just normal to him, was absolutely spot on. It's sort of an allusion to the "when in rome" saying, how billy and everyone else have had this destruction so normalized in our society so we're just complacent, going through the motions. Still, really good stuff on this project.
