Lost in Translation is the soundtrack from the 2003 film of the same name, directed by Sofia Coppola. As worthwhile as Shields' contributions are, it would be a mistake to let them eclipse the rest of this fine soundtrack. The track drifts along nicely, it's easy listening, with superb guitar work, lots of nice effects in the background I can't quite place, and dreamy vocals.
