Myrtle Eleanor Cooper (December 24, 1913 – February 8, 1999) and Scott Greene Wiseman (November 8, 1909 – January 31, 1981), known professionally as Lulu Belle and Scotty, were one of the major country music acts of the 1930s and 1940s, dubbed The Sweethearts of Country Music. Myrtle Eleanor Cooper (Lulu Belle) was born in Boone, North Carolina; Wiseman was from Spruce Pine, North Carolina.

Scotty Wiseman also penned songs such as "Remember Me" and "Have I Told You Lately That I Love You," which went on to become country standards.
